The Family Love Letter

We have been on the leading edge of AXA Advisors associates around the country who are incorporating the Family Love Letter into their practice.  The Family Love Letter is the next step after preparing a personal will and Kathleen Steele is one of a handful of advisors nationally qualified to present the topic. We hold events and workshops throughout the year to help people “get their house in order” and receive hands-on planning in an intimate setting where they can share their experiences with people they trust.  Once the love letters are complete, we encourage participants to sit down with their families and walk through the information.

"It's not just a passing fad," Steele said. "It's an incredibly valuable document that will be used. Sooner or later, that Family Love Letter is going to guide a loved one through a difficult crisis or grieving in the event of the writer's incapacitation or death."Seattle Post-Intelligencer

Develop a Life Plan

An out-of-date estate conservation strategy is about as useful as none at all, but by updating your estate documents periodically, you can help protect the assets you wish to pass on to your heirs.

The Cost of Care

When preparing for life in retirement, you should consider the possibility that you may need long-term care at some point.

What Would Warren Do?

Investors who are uncertain how to react to bad news and troubling economic indicators could find themselves making matters worse with wrong moves that serve only to make them feel better. How does the world's top investor, Warren Buffett, react to market volatility?

Check the Volume
